In a fractured world
we celebrate innovation
while burying the sacred
insinuating do less, be more
as the residue demands:
grind, hustle, prove, perform.
When did efficiency eclipse freedom?
When did convenience become holy?
We scroll for meaning,
upload fragments,
perform until silence
shrinks us to survival.
Algorithms puppet our mouths,
emboss the mind,
and flood the eyes
with pixelated dreams.
And yet, some pulse beneath the static
still hums our names,
a faint reminder
we are less signal more code.
Your intuition asks:
Are you drawing close,
or fading fast?
